Cannot book HKG-PEN reward online

It works on 2 seperate bookings though. Anyone knows why? Is it not eligible to book SQ+MI redemptions online?

Since Penang converted to MI station, redemption bookings have been rather troublesome. Sometimes it synchronises and sometimes it doesnt. However if you call Krisflyer and get them to do the booking and explain your problem, they will still honour the 15% discount. The official version from SQ is that they are looking into it and hope to iron out this problem sometime in the near future.
