Thanks for the pictures - Looks just as half baked as all the others. Is it a requirement of Star Alliance membership?

I agree, personally i would have the tail and the strip down the side like the normal fleet and have Star Alliance on the side. I think the Singapore Airlines text looks out of place and the flag seems to be in a random place.

I like what the OneWorld carriers do with the livery.

The plane does look a bit weird with full EuroWhite and without the cheatline...

Perhaps the full SQ livery with the Star Alliance text and logo could be done by placing a resized Star Alliance text and logo below the cheatline from the 1st door to just below the wing.

In star alliance there are two sets of rules. One for sq and one for the rest of them

I presume this means SRE is leaving?

I thought it's already with Transaero

Personally if I were Star Alliance, I would not allow SQ to be different from others, and stick to the alliance livery which the others are using. The actual alliance livery is a lot nicer than SQ's version.

Not sure.. but perhaps, that's the point on SQ's part?

The livery is identical to the one previously on 9V-SRE.

9V-SRE is now EI-UNR with Transaero.

I think SQ wants to keep their brand logo more obvious rather than settling for a small logo and title on the side of the plane.
