Mistakes in Publicity/Marketing material

Hi,

I have noticed that SQ has been making quite a number of mistakes in their Publicity or Marketing materials. Today I've received an email on a promotion to Sao Paulo and I see a mistake again.

Take a look near the end of the material on the flight details. The returning flight should be from Sao Paulo -> Barcelona -> Singapore instead of Singapore -> Barcelona -> Sao Paulo.

I wonder if they check their work before posting it up and emailing their customer. This really reflects badly on their quality of their work.

Besides this incident, there are two other incidents where the link does not work and duplicate contents in their Corporate News website.

also look at sao paulo on both lines. The accent is in a different place on the SQ068 than SQ067 flight

I've sent them an e-mail right after reading this thread. Hopefully they changed it. Seems like they did..

To SQ:
Dear Sir/ Mdm:

Good day!! Hope this e-mail finds you well. Please be informed that there is an error in the latest SQ ads for SIN-BCN-GRU. The link: http://www.singaporeair.com/saa/en_U...kf_static.html.

The return flight should read: Sao Paulo -> Barcelona -> Singapore not the other way round. Please do the necessary check for any error in the future. This affects the overall branding of SQ.
