4th July Typical Loads On JFK-SIN

I will be planning to return from JFK around the 4th of July period.

Could anyone enlighten me on when is the best day for the flight back to Sing? I vaguely remember someone mentioning that one of the days will have relatively light loads but I just can't recall exactly.

I flew back on LAX - NRT - SIN on 4th of July this year. Though not too relevant to JFK - SIN, here's my experience at least. Got 2 seats for award ticket cleared the waitlist on both business and first, 1 week prior to 4 July. We took the F seats. F for LAX - NRT, F had only 4 or 5 passengers including 2 of us. For NRT - SIN, F was full though. Not sure about C (did not walk back to take a look), but the waitlist did cleared for 2 pax. 4th of July this year fell on a Sunday, plane reaches SIN on a Tuesday, so less people flying? (I can't even waitlist for the saturday flight on 3 July). I would say lights should be quite light, my friend flew back on the same day, but on the A345 LAX - SIN on a standard award.
