    Finally some adjustments.

    From ST:

SINGAPORE - Singapore Airlines will reduce fuel surcharge for tickets issued from Feb 26 onwards, the carrier said on Thursday.

The reduced fuel surcharge will apply to both Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights. Travellers can expect a decrease between US$5 ($6.80) and US$83 ($112.60) per sector.

The airline attributed the reduction to a decline in fuel prices in recent months.

It added that jet fuel continues to account for a significant percentage of SIA Group's expenditure.

It's not just TG, seems to be QF is also more expensive. SQ seems to hover around S$330 while QF is around $500+ a little. And this is after they "Reduced" it. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

          Love It

If GOD created me for only 1 reason. That reason would be to the love of my wife. If there was any other reasons involved, that would be for the love of Singapore Airlines

Well not sure what the reduction is for SIN - Japan flights. I redeemed SIN-HND in F before Feb 26 and paid 197 SGD in Tax + YQ and just booked Suites (F) for SIN-NRT and got 196 SGD as quote for Tax + YQ.

Did YQ for Japan flights not reduce or did First / Suites just stay the same?

Okay so here is another observation. For SIN-CGK-SIN Y class the overall tax and YQ used to be around 135-139$ looking at past tickets. I was checking on a Y class redemption the other day (regular fare is 700+ SGD) and Tax and YQ were 150 SGD now. Didn't look at the breakdown though I admit.

Am I missing something? I thought YQ went down Feb 26? I mean some fluctuation could be due to US$ exchange rate, but still an odd one to me.

Flight from Indonesia now includes Indonesia airport taxes. It used to be excluded and has to be paid upon departure in Indonesia.
