Anyone knows what happen to SQ 38 bound for LAX on 10 July?

Why is there a stop in Osaka (KIX) ?

It doesnt' seem like a medical diversion as the aircraft layover-ed in KIX for over 17 hours before taking off again towards LAX.

The return flight, SQ 37, is now also severely delayed.
