Pilots wearing Blazers/Suits

I have noticed that SIA pilots now seldom wear their blazers/suits? Wondering why it is so? Maybe I'm not traveling enough..

Maybe it's caused the weather here in SIN is getting ridiculously hot!!!

Hmm...Not too sure of the reason though.:X

Ok, pilots for my flight today was wearing their coats when they disembarked. Its a SIN-SYD flight by the way.. But rarely see them wearing on home ground..

I only saw 1 pilot wearing his coat at the departure hall,while the rest did not have them on
