    hi wanna ask.
my mum pays my airfare using her credit card.

    some queries
1)must she be there with me to submit the form to SIA service centre?
2)if my passport details are entered wrongly, can the service centre amend them for me?
3)is it possible for them to check whether i have a visa to enter australia?

    1. Yes, she need to be there when submitting the letter.

    2. Yes, customer service should be able to change this, but beware of the charges may involve

    3. No, they can't check if you have visa or not, it's your responsibility that you have visa to enter the country. For australia check http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tour...ligibility.htm, this should tell you if you need a visa or not to enter Australia.

You and your mother need not go together to the SIA service centre or airport. She can simply go on her own and do not forget to bring the credit card that was used for your booking. If in any doubt, verify with SIA.
