Are SQ kiosk check-in stations available at airports other than SIN?

So far I have not seen kiosk or self service check in machines in other stations other than Singapore.

However, online check in is available from most countries 48 hours before your flight.

And if you perform the kiosk check in, you still need to go to a counter to validate it before you proceed to passport control.
