Krisflyer website problem

Does anyone have problems changing flights in krisflyer.com today? I tried to change one of my flight and perform a upgrade on another flight online but the website keep saying it's experiencing technical difficulties and ask me to contact the local SIA office. Yet calling SQ I got the reply that the website is working normally. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my internet browser or my internet connection.

I get a similar message "it's experiencing technical difficulties" often when trying to price redemption seats.

Forgot to mention I use CHrome & IE.
