SQ800 SIN-PEK - Seat A or K?

Just a quickie... arriving 7:20AM into PEK, which side has views of (anything worth seeing)? Beijing city perhaps?

Both sides are open in A and K at the moment. Although it does look like a 60% full cabin atm.

Actually, leaving tonight, i.e. Saturday morning... so, I'm still open to suggestions!

PEK quite far from the city so no views of the city.

The approach is not very picturesque.

Just to update - I can guarantee that you won't see anything til 5 seconds before you land. On either side if you arrive on SQ800 at 7:20AM.

So, no big loss either way. However, if you are on the K side, the window shades are kept down to prevent the sun's glare into the cabin. Those on the A side can have theirs up all the way...

It's a very 'misty' city indeed!!!

Next question would be would I sit for CA969... (no, I won't drag my own thread OT)
