SQ online-booking Website is down on 29July09, 1200hrs

Well, the website is currently down the past 30 minutes. Still awaiting to do my online purchase... the online booking system has been hanging before the main page indicated there is a technical problem. funny thing is that the system gave me an 'inactive timeout' warning despite the system itself causing the wait delay. Hope it comes up soon.

What happened to the backup system?
