  • Question re: Booking Mixed Cabin Fare Itinerary on SQ Website

Is there a way to for the SQ website to produce fares with mixed classes?

I have tried to price out various itineraries where the first leg has a First Class cabin, and the second flight does not (e.g., ICN-SIN (F), SIN-HKT (C)), but I always receive the message '! There are either no seats available or flights operated on the date(s) selected. Please try another date.’

I have also tried it with other cities such as ICN-SIN-DPS, ICN-SIN-LGK. I realize that on the SIN-HKT and SIN-LGK sectors, the flight is operated by MI, but I get the same response from the website when trying to book the second city pair even when on SQ metal.

Options that I have tried are one-way (ICN-HKT) or Multi-City/Stopover (ICN-SIN, SIN-HKT) with the flight operating on separate days (ICN-SIN flight arrives after midnight of the calendar day departed, connecting flight is the next morning). No matter what I try, I cannot get the website to produce a mixed cabin fare.

For what it is worth, I have tried both the USA and Global site for SQ.

Is there a way for the website to produce such a fare, or does it have to be done over the telephone (which has not been as easy as it might sound).

Any advice or information is appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately not - they site is not there yet (unless there is some other non-technical reason for them to not allow such a feature).

Either use a SQ ticket office/call centre, or a travel agent.

        That is what I figured.
