Houston to Singapore $800!!
But so bad that the miles earning fares are still pretty high.

SFO-BKK is $5,225 on sale for SQ, or NH for $4,068 both inclusive of all taxes, etc.... for travel in May

SFO-ICN is $3,297 on sale for SQ, or UA for $2,774 both inclusive of all taxes, etc.... for travel in May

IMHO SQ has a much better product and service then UA, so one couldn't do a direct comparison, but if your going to do a sale and fill up premium cabins... especially these days... they should be more competitive in their pricing structure.
