Other than deciding whether to Book the Cook (but no requirement to - some think it's better not to do so and just have the regular menu choices (which may still be available if you BTC but not guaranteed)) and choosing your seat (if you haven't done so already), there's nothing else - just get there, sit back and enjoy!
