SQ to charge credit card fee

Please note that from 1 April 2009, all bookings originating from Australia will have a credit card processing fee of AUD 25 per ticket. The fee will be part of the fare component 'Carrier Surcharges'

I recently booked a fare on SQ's website and paid with a card (what other payment option did I have?), and was not charged the $25 credit card fee

Airline Fuel and Insurance Surcharge(YR) AUD 25.00
Airline Insurance(YQAD) AUD 24.40
Airline Fuel Surcharge(YQAC) AUD 235.80

Total Carrier Surcharges AUD 285.20


The bold is the CC surcharge I believe. Nicely disguised as something else

hmmm....didn't realise that Airline Fuel and Insurance Surcharge(YR) AUD 25.00 was actually the credit card surcharge! I have the same line on my ticket...sneaky SQ!
