Why no caviar on SQ 1 or 2?

Does anyone know why there is no caviar service on any segment of SQ 1 or 2? Isn't this one of their premier/flagship routes? Why on SIN-LHR, SIN-PAR, SIN-LAX and others but not SIN-SFO?
How do they reconcile it?

The magic word is cost cutting. Oops, sorry , I mean shrinking supply of caviar around the world.
SQ1 departs SFO after midnight and arrives very early morning at HKG. No caviar for supper flight. HKG-SIN is a breakfast/brunch service.
SQ2 SIN-HKG used to have a caviar being a dinner flight. But since last year, regional F dinner had been modified. And HKG-SFO would be a supper service once again.

JAL, ANA, LH, even KUWAIT Airlines serve caviar in F. And the Kuwait flight leaves NYC at 9 PM, so I guess this would be called a "supper"?
Cost cutting on the main meal on a $12,000 US ticket seems a tad stingy!
LH's DXB-FRA flight that leaves at 2:30 AM even serves caviar as a snack!

JFK-FRA on SQ25 still offers caviar.
NH from LAX or SFO to NRT departs around noon, similar to SQ11.
Well, as customer, you know what you want and you know how to value your money. So, if one of the criteria is caviar, don't take SQ1 or 2. I rarely take SQ1/2 for different reason though.
