flights to perth

Hello there SQtalkies! First post here after following you guys across the world for some time now... not. literally.

My apologies for starting a whole new thread for my little query... Anyway, I've got a short hop to Perth from Singapore and return coming up, so here's seeking any advice on which of the three SQ flights each way are better than the other, in any way conceivable by SQ aficionados here. it'll be great to know what you've got to say...

SQ223 dep 0935 arr 1435

SQ215 dep 1850 arr 2350

It depends on your priorities.

Nowadays, I like to sleep in my own bed, take a morning flight and be able to check into hotel on arrival at destination. So I take SQ223.

When I was younger, I took SQ225 because sleep is for wimps

Take the red eye, arrive early, deposit bags at hotel and start your holiday and gain an extra day of leave.

I don't remember taking SQ215 but you get to work on the day of departure, and you will get to sleep on a bed on arrival. Very important consideration for me..

Hi folks,

I am planning a trip to Perth in Mid Oct with wife and baby for 8 nights.
Thinking of staying at Somerset Apartments at St George Terrace...stayed at Somerset in Melbourne and quite like the place. I prefer an apartment so that my wife can do some cooking (and I will do the cleaning up !!)
Anybody have any feedback on Somerset in Perth ?

I've only stayed at the sheraton and hilton at Perth. St Georges Terrace is the financial district so fairly central location.
