SIA inflight supervisor saved the day
As the flight seats were too small for a bulky Caucasian, he inadvertently took up another passenger's seat. Finding herself uncomfortable, she reported the matter to SIA staff, and was promptly upgraded to First Class. That's service with a smile - and heart. -myp

I WOULD like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Singapore Airlines (SIA) inflight supervisor Peter Soong, who came to the assistance of my sister and me during our flight on board SQ631 on Aug 3.
We were on our way home from Bangkok, and we were given seats A and B. Seat C was occupied by a Caucasian passenger whose size was beyond description. As the seat was too small for him, he took up a quarter of Seat B, which my sister was in.
She tried her best to endure the encroachment, but half an hour later, she began feeling numbness in her right arm.
