Hi.. what kind of amenities do they give out to kids (3 year olds)? No inflight slippers (for long haul) right?

I travelled in 2006 with my 8 year old from Adelaide to Cape Town and back on SQ. We found that they certainly cater for children very well offering complimentary amenity packs which contained a colouring book, pencils, stickers etc. They also handed out cuddly toys to any kids who wanted them, I think my daughter ended up with about six by the time we got back to Adelaide.
The crew were wonderful making regular checks to see that everything was okay and whether she needed anything (i.e. drink, snack etc). Of course Krisworld kept here amused for hours with games and kids movies. Also travelling with children mean that you get to board early, so as to avoid the crush when general boarding starts. -
