What are the different fare classes on SQ?

Hi All,

I was advised by someone from SQ that Standard and Full awards share the same booking classes with commercial bookings. Wondering whether such statement is true? If that is the case, wouldn't anybody who redeemed Standard and Full award be eligible to earn miles on their redemption booking?

BTW, would anyone know the fare class for Biz Standard and Biz Full award booking? Or would it also be 'I'?

I think most of you seems to missed out on P, T and S classes, which are Premium Economy Class fare codes.

D is a discounted Business Class fare from Australia - I use it all the time. Not too restrictive and generally available unless the flight getting full or close to departure. In fact, using this class for the SQ sectors on a RTW in April/May.

Got D class for business class also

just got D class business from that Jakarta sale.
really cheap, but cleverly, they stuck me with old planes which belongs to the museum (i.e. 777-300 and its friends, 777-200 and its ER variant)

normally yes, I am flying with 380, 330 or 300ER, but given that it's special price, I was unable to choose. When buying normal fare, I tend to avoid 772 and 773 (except those in CGK SIN route).

But yes, it was D class. To my knowledge it is normally SQ business sold by Lufthansa to feed for their own flight, LH779
