  • 777-300 / 773 (Not ER or 77W) - New First Class Seats?

    Hello,
I looked at seatguru.com and they have changed the f-class layout on 773config (not the 77W or ER) and shows individual pods similar to the 777-ER. The f-class on 777-200 (772) still shows the older first seats. I'll appreciate if someone is able to confirm the above. Thanks in advance, cheers!

I'm no expert but from what I can tell, the F layout on 773 is 2-2-2 whereas the layout on the 77W is 1-2-1. Also, if you note the seat pitch and width information on seatguru.com, they are different for the 773 and 77W, which suggests that the F seats are different.

My two-cents worth. Experts, do correct me if I'm wrong.

I think seatguru is wrong. The number of seats is correct, 3 rows of 2x2x2 = 18 seats, but they're recliners with 64 inch pitch, not lie flats with 64 inch pitch as advertised. Unless SQ's changed the seats, I don't think it's correct.

I do not think that SQ has changed the rejonal 773s with the new FCL product. There would have been some marketing blitz if they had

A switch to SpaceBeds (perhaps a 2 inch wider version) with the 64 inch pitch found on the A340-500s would be a very welcome upgrade from the regional F seats.
