I've never seen it specified - even in this article from The Straits Times in 1972:
SINGAPORE Airlines took off to the air at dawn yesterday -- heralding a new era in the aviation history of the Republic.
Decked with the logo of a golden bird with spread out wings, in rich yellow against the deep midnight blue of the tail -- SIA Boeing aircraft flew off from Paya Lebar airport runway.
Interesting to read about the 10,000+ SQ aerogrammes sold at Singapore post offices to commemorate the occasion. These must be collectors items by now ?
