2023 rankings of First Class

Skytrax rated SIA as No1 First Class in 2023 (..and that caused many First Class customers to be surprised...). Some bloggers composed their own lists....and SIA dropped to No 4 (for the A380 Suites) and below top ten for the 777 offering. Skytrax has often been very "open minded" about products and airlines and their ratings are certainly not a benchmark within the frequent flyer community. Interesting read and for FCL customers a pretty good guide of seat comfort and service for what is out there in 2023.

At this time I think SQ has more consistency across its various J products than F — flat bed, decor, cubby. Perhaps once the new 777-9 F class arrives the gulf between F and Suites will not be so large, and the ranking will improve. Clearly Suites has a huge wow factor — although Emirates “game changer” F, the returning Etihad Apartments, and the future Lufthansa/Swiss Allegris F give it some competition. The SQ F seat currently is average and certainly not better than another industry leader, AF’s La Premiere.
