    Singapore Stopover Holiday

    Does anyone know what are the eligibility criteria for booking the Singapore Stopover Holiday? I tried to book it online for my JFK-BKK-SIN-JFK itinerary, and it says that I'm not eligible. Am I not making a stopover?

    May be your ticket issued by TG therefore the system doesn't let you book stopover holiday. Is your BKK-SIN on TG as well?? If that be the case, that's the one causing the trouble I think.

      No these are all SQ flights issued by SQ. There's a transit between JFK and BKK outbound, but I'm stopping over at SIN on the way back to JFK

        Try calling SQ Internet Help Line in the US @ 1 800 742 3333 (8:30-5PM PST Mon-Fri) to get a better understanding.
