SQ25 JFK - FRA: any info about punctuality?

Hi Everyone,

I will be landing in FRA coming from JFK on SQ25. I need to book an ICE train afterwards, so I wonder:

1. has anybody got any idea about the punctuality of SQ25?

2. for FRA frequent users, how much time do you think it would take from landing at T1 to ICE station at T1 (passing via luggage belt)?

Well, I would say traffic at JFK is really unpredictable...My recent SQ 25 was delayed by almost an hour half while queuing up for departure by taxying along 13L and then backtracking on it all the way to 22R for departure.

That resulted in my visit to the Senator Lounge in FRA cut to less than 5 minutes!

The aircraft sits all day at JFK, so a late inbound FRA-JFK flight will not delay the JFK-FRA return. As wdranne noted, JFK often suffers delays due to congestion. Once you're off the aircraft and in the terminal, you should be able to walk to baggage claim within 10 minutes (plus 5 minutes for passport control) and then to the train station within another 5 minutes.

SQ builds in a buffer into the scheduled flight time to account for at least 30 minutes of ground taxi time.
