Connecting flights between T2 and T3

I will be going back to Christchurch from Taipei via Singapore on the 16th February, I am worried since I only have 55 mins in between my flights arriving from Taipei and then onto my next flight to Christchurch. Will 55 mins be enough to transfer in Singapore between the 2 terminals? I am also hoping that my flight from Taipei will arrive in Singapore on time, otherwise I'll be in trouble! I am aware that SQ871 from Taipei usually arrives in T2! Has anyone done this before? Transfer between the 2 terminals within a short time?

My flight details:
SQ871 TPE-SIN Arrives 18:50
SQ297 SIN-CHC Departs 19:45
