SQ308 - 197 and 238 minutes late???

Anyone have any idea why these flights were so late for 1/6 and 1/5? Some type of weather/mechanical issue? Flightstats show an ontime performance of 67% with an avg. delay of 105 minutes. What is UP?

Anyone have any idea why these flights were so late for 1/6 and 1/5? Some type of weather/mechanical issue? Flightstats show an ontime performance of 67% with an avg. delay of 105 minutes. What is UP?

I was booked on 308 on the 5th Jan - fuel laek on Engine number 1 - replaced a/c 4 hour delay. I was rebooked nut lost my business seat due to flight being full and the seat needed for the relief pilots...oh well I prefer to be safe and travel in Y.
