Changes from day to day - depending on the jetstream. I've seen easterly routes that go over DPS, sometimes more westerly ones over CGK. Australian "entry" points can be Curtin/Broome or Port Hedland I think - seen all three before. On day flights you get to see the Olgas and Uluru if you're lucky.
