Hi all,
Would appreciate any comments .. I have a question on the priority rules for redemption bookings. I'm Solitaire, and my wife is also due to the supplementary option.
We booked her on a flight to Sydney using my airmiles (she's obviously one of my nominees!), and she is on waitlist.
My question is whether she should be on priority waitlist for the flight (for any redemption seats on that flight). Since we are both solitaire, I would have thought so but when I spoke to an agent when this last occurred (about 3 months ago) she said no because she was a nominee.
I sent a message to SIA about 3 months ago via the website but they didn't even have the courtesy to reply...
