  • Two seperate PNR Numbers - Check IN

Sorry for asking such a stupid question but:

I'm flying SGN - SIN - PER soon, but the SGN-SIN (J) and SIN-PER (Y, Hoping to Upgrade who knows.) legs were booked seperately, thus different PNR Numbers. Are the check-in agents in SGN allowed to check my baggage all the way to Perth, or do I have to re.check-in in Singapore?

Thanks for you help in advance - And sorry for asking such an elementary question - I'm still unfamillar with MANY things

You should have no problem checking the luggage through to PER.

Thanks for that StarG - The reason the two flights were booked seperately was because SGN was a side-trip from PER-SIN-LAX v.v.

That is provided you adhere to the 45 mins connection time in SIN on both SQ flights. If your STA into SIN and the STD out of SIN to PER is less than 45 mins, the system might reject your second itinerary.

Thanks Jubilee777 - My connection time is 5 hours, so, more than sufficient! (SQ173 - SQ225).
