They mention SQ325 two times on my account, and also now they added SQ318 while SQ320 (with no equipment mentioned) still in my booking? I didn' t ask for any changes.

It is just a schedule change of a few minutes. The old flights would go away as soon as you call to confirm the schedule changes. Those are insignificant changes.

I've had it happen several times. Like TerryK said, when there is a schedule change (time or flight number), both the original and new flights are listed. You don't need to call to confirm...the old ones go away automatically in a week or so.
