Cool Feature: View Inflight Menu

I just came across a new feature that I haven't seen before:

When you go and select your Book The Cook, there is now a link that reads "View Inflight Menu" and shows the main courses offered on your flight.

It's now possible to view what's on board before you opt for your BTC.

You have to go to "Manage Booking" and then "Select Meal" and in the final screen where you can select your BTC you'll see the new link.

Agree this is an improvement, but probably one that has come about due to the latest round of cost-cutting.

Personally if I know the 'standard' menu selection looks decent I won't both to BTC... and I'm sure many others feel the same way. And the more SQ can standardise the in-flight offering onto a standard selection, the more efficient the inflight service becomes

I highly doubt so.....i think the ticket would have to be confirmed before you can BTC.

You can only view the in-flight menu under the tab "manage booking". So only for passengers with a ticket.
