ARN>DME>SIN (procedure in DME)

I am flying my elderly parents in J on this new route next year.

Does anyone know if the stop in DME is a de-plane, or passengers stay onboard as was the case with MXP when flying BCN>SIN?
If a de-plane and re-boarding, I assume there is lounge access (Star Alliance lounge)?

I am guessing the same procedure as with the previous IAH>DME>SIN, but wanted to confirm as I have never flown this route?

If I'm reading it correctly, I see that the transit time at DME is 90mins for the ARN-DME-SIN route, in which case I would lean towards de-planing.

I used to do the SIN-DME-IAHvv quite a bit and at that time they used a third-party lounge, two floors above the arrival foyer. It's a simple place, with some food and drinks, but you won't be spending much time there.
