From what I have learnt here,

9V-SYH, 9V-SYI and 9V-SYF have been retrofitted with the 2016 Y seats.

9V-SYJ and 9V-SYL have Not been retrofitted with the 2016 Y seats.

Is my understanding correct? If so, would you happen to have any idea when
9V-SYJ and 9V-SYL would be retrofitted with the 2016 Y seats?

No set program for these retrofits has been announced. The first we even knew of them was when someone posted a photo on here.

SYF was on the ground for weeks. Apparently an official twitter account announced it had been refitted. A poster here has since flown on SYF and posted pics that show it has not been refitted with 2006 Y or IFE.
