SQ319 conducted at least two go-arounds in Batam, only 7 minutes apart, then landed on the third attempt just 5 minutes after the second go-around!

SQ319 (9V-SWH) finally returned from BTH to SIN this morning at 5.43am, with a delay of around 13 hours.

Interesting, I suppose that was to replace the crew from SQ319 with a fresh set?

Seems an awfully expensive way to do it - couldn't they just put them on a ferry?!

Also I wonder why SHD spent 4 hours on the ground in Batam, if its only job was to drop some crew off. All very peculiar!
