Does anyone know why SQ25 operated by 9V-SKT flew this odd route?

9V-SKT landed in SIN this morning (27AUG) at 1112.

Was circling the Atlantic in circles.

Must have been an ATC issue

wrong flight plan filed.

and the flight had to make a diversion to LHR to refuel as after the series of circling, the plane had not enough fuel to make it to FRA and a minor electrical problem forced further delay at FRA.
