Flightradar24 goes back a year but you need to pay for access, they do offer a free 7 day trial.

Flightaware goes back to 1998 -- but Southeast Asia is not their primary service area, so reportings can be missing. SQ reports are generally pretty good. You will also have to pay for the data dump -- and if you're starting with a flight number, not a specific registration number, best check with them first.
