SIA New Economy Class on A380, A350 & 78J

Seems like SIA has decided to install Recaro CL7310 seats on their A359, A388 and 78J which are the same as KLM new seats.
Does this mean 78J economy seating would be 3-3-3 and seat width would be decreased or can SIA customize the seat width?

LH has similar seats in its A380 Y cabin. There's a very big gap between the window seat and the window!

Nope, only the upper deck has side storage.

Not too bad for regional at all, at least we'll be expecting a touchscreen and touchscreen remote and still a place to charge our devices on short haul flights. Hopefully it will use the same Welcome screen like their 77WN/77WR and there will be Wifi offered (OnAir of a time based or T-Mobile like people say on the A350's/77WN/2 77WR).
