Really really impressive results from SIA with profits improving at all subsidiaries except the Cargo sector, only worrying issue is the yield falling. Scoot especially really seems to be reaping the benefits from an all 787 fleet! With the recent news of the Tigerair acquisition being successful, future seems bright for the budget sector of the Singapore Airlines group!
'SQ saw an increase from $S270 million operating profit from the previous corresponding quarter to $S387 million operating profit
MI saw an increase from $S18 million operating profit from the previous corresponding quarter to $S33 million operating profit
TZ saw an increase from $17 million operating loss from the previous corresponding quarter to a $S18 million operating profit
TR saw a $S9 million operating profit
SQ cargo saw a decline from $S17 million operating profit from the previous corresponding quarter to a $S2 million operating profit'
