I have noticed that there is a 'new' Business Saver option for the LHR-MEL return trip (D fare). It allows for itinerary change with paymend of a fee, USD 150 plus any fare difference. This fee seems to be a new thing. From what I recall, in the past you could get the D fare if you booked well in advance, 2 months, but there was no itinerary change fee unless you travelled on a Saturday. Any comments?
