Heard it is chartered by Tennis Aust to ferry players to Aust.

Apparently the airframe has been delivered on contract, making Airbus #52 A350 to be delivered this year.

The Delivery Flight of 9V-SJE is now scheduled to depart at 2.00pm local time (9.00pm SG time) with scheduled arrival at Changi at 8.48am local time tomorrow as SQ8895.

9V-SJE has taken off on her Delivery Flight as SQ8895. She is expected to arrive at Changi at 9.50am (local time) tomorrow, 31 December.

Yea makes it harder to tell the difference between Regional & LH A350s. Maybe something to do with the "new feature" airbus was testing?
