They may be applying these winglet changes to future standard A359's as well, but at least for SQ, the ULR looks to have different winglets from SQ's earlier A359's.
Yes those are now being fitted as standard though to all A350s as you mention (Iberia's A350-900 has them). That means SQ's regional A350s will have the same longer winglets too.

Interesting. I'd guess the window plugs will be installed at a later date as SGE is a test / certification aircraft and will be modified to SIA config and delivered later? It probably features test equipment and has no cabin / galley fit at the moment.

The first Ultra Long Range Airbus A350 XWB to be delivered to launch customer Singapore Airlines has rolled out of the paintshop in the carrier’s distinctive livery. Now at an advanced stage of production, the aircraft will undergo further testing before being delivered to the airline in the coming months.

Singapore Airlines has ordered seven A350-900 Ultra Long Range aircraft, and all of them are in various stages of assembly. The first aircraft to have flown has successfully completed its flight test programme, which focused on the redesigned fuel system. It is now being fitted with its cabin.

All A350-900 from MSN216 will be equipped with new winglet no matter which version (but not on A350-1000)

I won't be. The IFE will be a crappy Thales system.

This is really not exciting... I wonder why they keep so many different systems - regional B787 is still using Panasonic right?

Im hoping they scrapped the deal with Thales and haven't publicly announced it.

                        • any idea what the regos on the regional 350s will be? For 9V-Sxx there's only

                          SDx
                          SHx
                          SJx
                          SPx
                          SZx

not many remaining, omitting X and the vowels

Just like Singapore’s taxis. How apt.

You forgot SU* as another possibility though it is clear they will be using SH* for the regional 359
