Scoot Business Class To Perth

Has anyone here tried Scoot Business Class? I know ScootBiz is similar to other airlines' Premium Economy (or SQ22'S Executive Economy before it switched to all-J Class). How do you find the experience and service?

In addition, is $308 one-way as low as it can get for ScootBiz to Perth? I don't see any promotions for ScootBiz even though Economy tickets go all the way down to $58.

How can $58 to fly SIN-PER be in any way profitable??? You couldn't find a fare that cheap from PER-ADL and that doesn't include international processing charges and taxes.

$58 is before taxes and surcharges. Same goes for $308 for ScootBiz.

Thanks SQ228 for your input. I have decided to fly by SIA. SQ213 outbound, SQ214 inbound. These flights are operated on the retrofitted B777-200 SR series.
