Mixed class (Y) booking

Hi all,

To those who are well versed in this, I wonder if it's possible to buy a V class (outbound) and N class (inbound) ticket between London and Singapore, and be eligible for date changes for the inbound sector? Or does the more restrictive rules (i.e. V class) overrule and apply to all sectors?

I would assume it's possible to earn 10% miles and then 50% in this case?

The website says words to effect of the most restrictive conditions apply to the whole booking, so I assume you can't do what you are describing.

You do get the miles though according to booking class.

It's no good then. I was hoping to find something at under 700 pounds with some flexibility for the inbound!
