I just finished 4 sectors flying suites and F to get home for the xmas holidays and in 3 out of the 4 sectors, i was approached directly by the CS and asked on how my flight went and when I replied that it was good, proceeded to ask me to send feedback to head office and gave me their names as well
Is this standard SOP? This was also my very first return F trips on SQ...bucket list fulfilled !
