    Fare Query

    I'm trying to book tickets from SYD to HKG via SIN, ideally flexi fares so that I can upgrade. But when I try and book the return sector from SIN to SYD I get a message that says that the selected fare can't be combined .... even though they are the same flexi option. The two day flights (SQ241 and SQ211) are 'greyed out' so I can't select them.

    I don't get it ... why not let me select them then calculate a higher fare? It's like they're trying to force me on to one of the overnight flights.

    I'm really starting to get annoyed with SQ and the stupid bloody website!

    Call SQ..... I had exactly the same problem last weekend booking SIN-HKG return.

    I did mention it in the 'website' thread so in some ways I am pleased you bring it up and that it wasn't me being a Muppet or my PC having an issue. The guy I spoke to booked everything for me and all was squared away in about 10min.
