Based on flight records and what SQ has told a friend of mine, 9V-SNB will undergo retro-fit to include the 2015 S into the cabin. And I believe that's what SQ is doing now because SNB has no flight record since delivery day.

If SQ does keep them, they would be. However, there's always some doubt about whether SQ will keep them because of how negative passenger reaction to 9-abreast Y has been on other airlines.

Basically SQ's options on the 787 would be:

    1. Keep them, run them in 9-abreast, take the reputation hit.
    2. Keep them, run them in 8-abreast, absorb the potential losses in Y revenue.
    3. Transfer them to some other SQ group airline, figure out something else for the regional role.

My take on the 787-10s is that SQ will keep all 30 and use them as A330 replacements. Scoot already has more than enough 787s in their fleet. To the poster above, if anything, TZ will be the ones that will get the A330neo's if SQ Group decides to purchase any.

As B787-10s have yet to arrive for a good few years, we shall wait and see what impact it will have. The airline industry is growing fast and I predict SE Asia might be the next boom area alongside with India. I am doubtful if their current order will be enough to cater any future upside demand, but I am sure if this is the case, we might see more orders from something else coming soon.

60 A350-900s (all should be delivered assuming they receive 10-12 per year)
    7 A350-900ULRs
30 B787-10s (maybe a few remaining to be delivered)

<27 B777-300ERs - the first batch of 19 (SWA-SWT) may be in the process of being withdrawn
<19 A380s - 5 new deliveries beginning 2017 will replace SKA-SKE, which will be returned to the lessor. SKF onwards may be in the process of being withdrawn

All 777-200 and 777-300 withdrawn. Maybe a handful (<10) A330s still in the fleet, more or less matching the few B787-10s to be delivered.

I don't think SQ will be in a hurry to retire the 77Ws. The resale value is already falling, and the refurbishment program now suggests that they will stick around for quite a bit longer. Ditto for the A380s.

Probably that explains why they're not in a rush to order replacements for 77Ws and 380s. They'll probably evaluate the performance of the A359s and maybe even up-gauge some of them to A35Ks. I can't see them needing 60 A359s plus 30 B78Js. I know the firm orders are for A359s, but these contracts can (and often are) renegotiated.

Finally, as A350-900 comes in, I think the remaining 14 B777-200 should go by mid-2017. What will happen with B777-300 remains unknown, I suppose SQ still have the option to upsize them to A350-1000, but looks like at the moment they are only focused the first batch of 20, so perhaps it is the best to wait and see for further developments.

Alright extracted some info from the Annual Report.

    SQ has:
    • 1 leased refitted 777-200 (reg unknown), lease expiring FY2015/16
    • 2 leased unrefitted 777-200ER (9V-SVH and 9V-SVO), lease expiring FY2015/16 and FY2016/17
    • 2 leased refitted 777-300 (9V-SYK and reg unknown), lease expiring FY2015/16 and FY2016/17
    • 3 leased 777-300ERs (reg unknown)
    • 6 leased A380-800s with economy on upper deck (9V-SKA, SKB, SKC, SKD, SKE and reg unknown)
    • 3 leased A380-800s with all business upper deck (reg unknown)
    • 31 leased A330-300s, 3 leases expiring FY2015/16 and 4 leases expiring FY2016/17

That should clear things up a bit.

    Please add on

    -Boeing 777-200
    -Boeing 777-200ER
    -Boeing 777-300
    -Boeing 777-300ER
    -Boeing 787-10

    Future fleet
    A350-900s
    A350-900ULRs
    B787-10s

Also what in the plane belong to SQ what in the plane belong to its lessors?
AFAIK, all 31 A330s are leased, on a negotiable 5 year lease (some have been extended beyond 6 years, while some were returned at exactly 5 years).

5 A380s are leased (9V-SKA, 9V-SKB, 9V-SKC, 9V-SKD and 9V-SKE). The remaining 14 are owned by SQ. The incoming 5 A380s from 2017 onwards are supposedly replacing the first 5 leased birds.

At least 2 777-300s are leased (9V-SYK and another unknown bird).

    At least 2 777-200ERs are leased (9V-SVH and 9V-SVO).

All remaining birds are owned by SQ.

Not much disclosure on this. The most official source is SQ's annual report. See my earlier post:
