1) Which gate did 9V-SPK leave from, at Changi Airport T2 for the final time on October 31, 2000?

2) What were the timings for SQ005/006?

Bizzarre but I happen to have the SQ 1998/1999 timetable book .... which I

SQ 006
SIN TPE 1700/2145
TPE LAX 2255/2200

SQ005
LAX TPE 0125/0600+1
TPE SIN 0710 1130

Gate? No idea...

Don't think it would be from the "B" gates. Remember way back in 2000, T3 has yet to open and all SQ flights departed and arrived at T2, which has "E" and "F" gates - the "A" and "B" gates does not exist at the time (T1 used the "C" and "D" gates).

i meant B5 in TPE no idea what gate from SIN on the first leg though

Aah I see, sorry my bad - I automatically assumed you were talking about gates @ SIN since that is what the OP was asking about...!

I did read somewhere I think it left B5 @ TPE indeed...

Didn't want to start a new thread. But on the 16th anniversary of SQ006 tonight, just wanted to take a moment to remember it.

Still hoping somebody knows the gate which SQ006 departed from at Changi T2 that day..
