Nearly three hours into the flight, a Singapore Airlines A380 plane bound for Frankfurt returned to Changi Airport this morning due to an engine problem.
The flight, SQ26, departed early this morning at 12:05am. About 2 hours and 55 minutes later, the crew reported a problem with one of the aircraft's four engines, said Singapore Airlines (SIA) in a statement.
